This policy explains what personal data CellHack Wellness Ltd collects when you visit our website or buy Toro Prime, what we do with it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

We do not ask for health information. Please do not send us medical details unless we specifically ask for them in order to deal with a safety report.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make the site and checkout work. We also use analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tell Meta that you visited a page or completed an order so we can measure and target advertising.
Non-essential cookies and the advertising pixel are only set if you consent, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings on our site or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers, who process your payment and carry out fraud checks.
- Couriers and fulfilment partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Email and review platforms, which send order updates, and marketing or review invitations if you have agreed to them.
- Advertising and analytics providers, including Meta, where you have consented.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it, for example a product safety investigation.
We do not sell your personal data.
Sending data outside the UK
Some of our suppliers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, to meet HMRC requirements.
- Support conversations: three years after your last contact with us.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and then on a short suppression list so we do not contact you again.
- Website analytics: usually no more than 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time, including by clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email. Exercising these rights is free, and we will respond within one month.

Keeping data secure
We use encrypted connections, limit who can access personal data, and require our suppliers to protect it under written contracts. No website can be completely secure, but we will tell you and the ICO about a breach where the law requires it.
Children
Our products and website are for adults over 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
