Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you need delivery elsewhere, email support@cellhack.io and we will tell you whether we can help.
Delivery options and cost

Remote parts of the UK can take an extra working day or two on either service.
When we dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on a working day the same day, and orders placed later on the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Tracking your parcel
Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If tracking has not updated for three working days, contact us at support@cellhack.io with your order number and we will chase the courier.
Packaging
Orders arrive in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents. Most orders fit through a standard letterbox.
If delivery goes wrong
- Nobody home. The courier will leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour where instructed, or leave a card with instructions.
- Parcel marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the courier.
- Damaged in transit. Email us a photograph within 30 days and we will replace the order or refund you, at no cost to you.
- Wrong address given. If the address you entered is incomplete or incorrect, contact us quickly. Once a parcel has been dispatched we may not be able to change it, and a redelivery may be chargeable.
- Unclaimed parcels. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we will refund the goods but not the original delivery cost.
Delays outside our control
Courier strikes, severe weather and similar events can delay delivery. We will keep you informed, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel the order for a full refund under our refund policy.
